Roof Dumping is a common plumbing and drainage issue where water from a higher section of a roof (like an upper floor or an adjacent sloped section) is discharged directly onto a lower roof below. Instead of being channeled safely into a gutter and downpipe system, large volumes of water “dump” onto the lower roof.
